Included 2 rounds of psychometric testing. The second was a digital interview format style which included questions regarding how I would respond to a client / brief and what I would say. Didn't get through to the final round, which is an assessment centre.

Interview
Standard aptitude tests, followed by the virtual assessment centre, which includes a group assessment, case study presentation, and individual interview.
Interviewer asked questions surrounding the case study, (how, why, what, etc.), and STAR Questions

Tell us about a time you had to use new technologies at work/uni?
I found the entire interview process extremely long, and found the amount of time in between stages dragged on. I did enjoy that I had a specific recruitment advisor. Good overall process.
