First an online test
It had four sections quant verbal data interpretation and 2 coding questions.
It was simple and out of 600 students 50 were selected for Interview.

Questions were mostly from things mentioned in resume.
Very basic DSA questions and some situation based questions were asked.
I was asked to explain projects.
Explained it confidently.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
