I went through two rounds of interviews. The first one was with the HR representative and the Lead Designer I was supposed to work with. The interview lasted 30 minutes and included classical questions. At the end, they proposed a design challenge, giving me a week to redesign the homepage of Deloitte Digital. After submitting the material, I was invited for a second interview where I had the opportunity to present my work. Overall, it went well; they seemed enthusiastic. At the end of the call, they mentioned that they would give me a result by the beginning of the next week. I then received an email informing me of some delays. I replied, reaffirming my interest, and they thanked me. However, I did not hear back. After two weeks, I decided to ask for an update on my application process and immediately received a rejection email. I then decided to ask the Lead Designer for feedback to understand where I could have improved, but I was told that they were not able to give feedback. This was disappointing, especially since they had seemed very nice up until that point.
