Interview
Received a call a few weeks after submitting my application through my college. Had one phone interview and one interview where I went down to Virginia. It was a straightforward interview with personal questions and a case. They opened up with questions about my time in college and what I enjoyed and did not enjoyed. Asked me questions about "Why Deloitte?" and really stressed that. Also, when it was time to move into the case, there was a very quick transition. It wasn't just "here's the case", it transitioned very smoothly.

Describe how we would solve a problem between two rival contractors who can benefit if they worked together
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.

Straightforward friendly interviews. Recruiters are helpful and staff are welcoming. The process involved two interviews with a Manager and an MD. They came back with a decision relatively quickly compared to other firms.
