In the final interview for a summer internship (June 2022) I was asked a combination of motivational and strengths-based questions. Then, in the final section, I had to come up with solutions/ inventions to help businesses; one was about making Deloitte more sustainable (I think) and one was about increasing business for a restaurant after the impact of Covid.

Final ac was in person. Had to sit in a room with a recruitment person and someone in the grad programme and answer competency questions. The analysis portion had an extra detail that gets chucked in during the middle of the talk to make you think on the spot and see if it changes your initial ideas/result. You are given like 5 minutes when the new info is said to compose your thoughts. You have to explain and present afterwards.

1 hour interview with associate managers about general questions, CV walk through, position walk through, etc. Then 15 min meeting with the Director to further discuss the position and have them get to know you

Interview
Online interviews were fine. In person interview had one member on zoom and the other in the room, so interesting to juggle between both. Tough competency questions to put you on the spot.
