Interview
2 rounds of interview. 1st was the Technical one. 2nd was the Partner Interview. I was called for a 3rd interview with the second Partner. The technical interview was basically a Stress Interview where I was grilled about everything starting with my family to my choice of subject and why deloitte.

Question 1
Basic HR Questions, Some technical questions about my project on Power Systems, its impact etc. Why should I hire you over the previous candidate and stuff like that.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
