Interview
Two rounds for the whole process, with first round being half behavioral and half technical. Final round includes two one hour cases. Overall process was pretty standard, HR notified decisions within two weeks.
For campus hires, it included 3 rounds. One in-person behavioral, one case study, and a final case study.
Cases were not difficult compared to MBB and some people reported only studying for a few weeks or less.
The recruitment process includes an initial HR screening, followed by a case interview with an Associate and a Manager, and concludes with a final round of interviews with the firm’s Partners.
