Interview
I went through the interview process on campus. The first around was face to face with the NYC Deloitte principle and the second round was with two managers virtually. The principle asked some regular behavioral questions with some questions being unexpected. The total difficulty level was still average. The second round was more future-oriented such as "what do you expect in Deloitte if you got the offer". But I still got declined after the second round inverview.

What's your career expectation at Deloitte in 5 years?
Online Assessment followed by a Hirevue followed by Assessment Centre. Hirevue had 3 questions to be answered - 3 minutes each. Assessment centre was one day long with a handful of other candidates.

questions on why you think you’re the right fit for job, applicable skills etc, wasn’t too long of an interview, also had online interview before being invited into the office for a real one.
I applied online as usual and heard back from the recruiter over email. The application is pretty straightforward and the same as other companies. It might increase your chance of being reviewed if you have an internal referral.
