I was hired through my university rep. I applied, waited a couple of weeks, and landed an interview. I interviewed with a manager and a partner back to back, and offer letter came within a week.

Mostly about myself. Very casual conversation. No accounting questions or anything of the sort.

Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
it was two thirty minute interviews. The first was with a senior or manager and was all behavioral questions, and the second was with a Managing director or Partner and was mostly just chatting.
