Psychometric tests followed by job simulation and then an assessment centre which consisted of a topic presentation and and interview with the director. Topic was provided beforehand and lots of guidance was given.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Deloitte (Leamington, England)
Interview
Interview was part of the selection event, after a group exercise and a 1-to-1 activity. Lasted about an 1 hour, with 15 mins allocated for asking questions to the assessor.

They asked how I would build rapport with a team I’d never worked with/interacted with before
It was so-so. The interviewer was kind, but it would've been better if you guys give assurance/confirmation about the result of the interview. I would respect the company more if you did this right to other applicants.
It was an online super day. With 2 group activities and two interviews with directors. Directors asked mostly behaviour questions. The group activities were more hands on, required to work in a team and present results and conclusion at the end.
