I had three interviews, one with the recruiter, one with a hiring manager and one with a couple of senior team members. The questions were fairly easy. Nothing like tell me your best and worst qualities, etc.

Interview

The first interview was with a team lead from Pune, I answered everything perfectly, they were questions about Apex, Flows, Validations rules, Profiles. but I got no response from Deloitte after.
En lugar de entrevista, se consideró la entrega de un proyecto (implementación de una solución salesforce), y se revisó por un equipo de parte de Deloitte. Al finalizar la presentación de todos los que participamos en el curso, se seleccionaron a 5 o 6 integrantes para hacerles una propuesta económica
