Submitted job application which is included resume, cover letter, unofficial transcript. Digital interview required for selected candidates. You can try two times for each questions and there would be 3-4 questions. I don’t remember exactly but it is not that difficult questions

Why do you want to join the leadership conference ?
One hour of interview process. Interviewed by two partners. It was a great experience. Interviewers were nice and easygoing. The overall experience was great. The leadership experience was the key so be ready.
I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Deloitte (Ithaca, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
Applied through the school portal, got an email for an interview. There were 2 interviews on the same day. The first one was 30 minutes of behavioral questions. The second interview was a case interview and was also 30 minutes long.
