I applied through university. I interviewed at Deloitte
Interview
It was an on-campus interview. I immediately interviewed with two employees then was asked to go to the main office to interview with a partner. The whole process was fairly straightforward and didn't required any particular skill. It seemed to be more focused on your ability to analyze a problem and make sense of it.
