The interview process was very fair and pleasant as the interviewer guided you towards desired answers, enabling you to elaborate on certain aspects and helping you demonstrate your knowledge.

Imagine you are a manager in our department and your team is performing worse than expected. How would you deal with this and how would you convey this information to the team?
Took a while to get a response after my application. However the interview panel was very professional and friendly. A lot of patience is required but it is worth it in the end if you're well prepared.
