The interview process was really fast and there were lots of communication from the recruiter. 1st was the pymetrics test (personality and logic test). Once you get the pymetrics email you have 48 hours to complete it. I would say be flexible during the interview process. The round 1 interviews were two individuals with senior managers. One was behavioral and the other one was the case. I would look at the practice cases on Deloitte's website for your specific area. The behavioral was very conversational while the manager did have a list of questions it was still very conversational. The case was not that bad for me as the manager for that really wanted to just have a conversation about the cases and also answer my questions. I had the opportunity to ask a lot of questions so have some ready. The interviews were scheduled to take place over 3 days. On the second day you are informed whether you are selected for the second round. My second round got delayed by 3 days because of a schedule conflict and was with a MD it was very relaxed and conversational as well. Many people say that the interview process at Deloitte is very difficult but that is not my experience with it.
