It was smooth but long with 2 phones interview and 2 skype interview and they ask about your profile and why you would be a good match for this decision in their offices.

Why Deloitte and not other auditing firm ?
It was a smooth process. Unlike the usual careers log-in, I directly sent my resume on the company's HR for immediate visibility (so if you have means to do that, do it). And then, make sure to know your resume, your leadership experiences (this is an advantage).

Interview
Invited for the interview. Showed up. Was taken to a room with two interviewers. The interview was probably one of the harder ones I've ever taken. The tone of the interview was also much more mean than at other places.
