Interview 1 - Screen: standard interview to gauge your interest (with recruiter)
Interview 2 - Technical: tests your analytical abilities and sees what kind of related experience you have (relatively difficult interview with staff manager)
interview 3 - Face to face: 2 - 3 individual interviews with partner level people. seeing how you present yourself and looking for interest (e.g. what kind of questions did you ask)

What kind of technical environment were you in? What do you see yourself doing here in X years?
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
