I interviewed at Deloitte (Lisbon, Lisbon District)
Interview
They approached me via e-mail, based on my online cv in the University's career center.The whole process is divided in 3 stages:
1) Brief interview - normal interview, covering your background and CV.
2) Assessment Day - Group dynamics where you have to work in a team solving a case-study. By the end of the day you have to present the solution of the case to a Manager and a Partner.
3) Interview with Partner - If you are in this stage you will probably get a job offer. The partner is interested in knowing you to see if you are a good person to work with, asking about your life, why you chose the company, what industries would you like to work with, etc.
A couple of weeks after this last stage I received a call saying that I was accepted in the company.
Se comunican rápidamente mediante correo y whatsapp para hacer una primera entrevista telefónica en la que el reclutador evalúa aspectos generales sobre tu experiencia y luego pasa a una entrevista sobre ti en inglés.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
