Interview
Future-oriented, well designed and fast paced way of recruiting. A first day with some tests ( math, logic, languages..), group dynamic activity, HR interview. The next and final step was a 2 day bootcamp with group activities and a case study resolution and presentation, ending with an interview with a Partner.
The process involved a two-day consulting recruitment event with group case-study assignments, followed by interviews, including two discussions with managers and a final online interview conducted with a partner afterward.
Se comunican rápidamente mediante correo y whatsapp para hacer una primera entrevista telefónica en la que el reclutador evalúa aspectos generales sobre tu experiencia y luego pasa a una entrevista sobre ti en inglés.
3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
