Interview
Two 1 hour technical phone interviews. Some coding challenges, and design questions. There was a three-week gap between the first interview to the second one, so there were some uncertainties but recruiter is very responsive. Also, it seems that they mostly only get local candidates as they initially wanted me to go onsite for the interview but made an exception after noting that I live in another province.
Interview process was quite fast and interesting.
1. Pre-screening done by AI Assistant
2. Total 3 Interview rounds conducted. Among this 2 were technical, where they have tested in depth fundamental and the architecture,
senario based questions and 3rd round was partner round, this round was very short and quick as compared to other.
3. HR asked to submit the documents and then discussion was happened and Finally Offer
I did 1 round of interview with the recruiter and then a 1 round of interview with the team, they asked random questions about java, and it was just to see my knowledge
Phone screen with a recruiter. I was not accepted because of a lack relevant experience. The next steps would have been a technical screen but I guess they thought I was not experienced enough for it
