Applied through my college's career portal and received notification that I had been granted a first round interview after about 2 weeks. After the interview, I was not notified until the day before the second round about whether or not I had moved on, which I felt was unprofessional.

2 on-campus rounds, both one 30 min behavioral 30 min case. They called later that night to communicate moving on to the second round which was the next day.

I recommend reading a lot about Deloitte and being familiar with industry trends. I also recommend a significant amount of case prep/understanding of consulting, as you may get a case.

Really, they just wanted to get to know me and understand if I would be a good fit for the culture and the lifestyle of consulting.
