Interview
Very short and to the point. They know what they want and it feels like they make their mind in the first couple of minutes. The interview was more of like a professional conversation with the interviewer.
The proccess fast and the people that I met through the interview day were very nice and approachable

Question 1
how did the outcome of a project you participated in the past was changed because of who you are? (personality)
It was pretty doable despite the pressure, technical covers a case, behavioral covers who you are. In the case they expect you to show your thought processes and how you would tackle the problem at hand.
The hiring process begins with a behavioral interview to assess communication and cultural fit, followed by a discussion with the hiring manager, and concludes with a comprehensive final technical interview.

Interview
Had an online coding assessment followed by 3 interviews, 30 mins each. First was a profile interview, then case study, and finally a behavioral. The "hardest" part was the case study but as long as you think things through and understand the problem it is fair game. Try as much as possible to think reasonable and ask questions so you have no chance of misunderstanding the question.

Case Study: Describe how/where you would use Al/automation to reduce cost, manage patient flow, and optimize staffing in a hospital setting.
