The first round consisted of two interviews back to back with two different recruiters. The interviews were each 30 minutes, one being a behavioral interview and the other being a case interview. Based on these interviews they called back half the amount of people from the first round to have another interview. The second round interview was another case interview with another recruiter that was higher up in the company. The third round is a phone interview basically getting to know you a little more and letting people know that they basically got the job.
