Phone Screening → Online Logic Assessment → HR Interview → Senior Manager/Partner Interview → Offer.
The process evaluates communication skills, analytical thinking, cultural fit, and role-specific competencies before a final hiring decision is made.
Entrevista con recursos humanos de manera online, dos fases. Preguntas comunes y de lógica. Sin preguntas técnicas, prácticamente. Con la chica de RRHH y el jefe del departamento en el que trabajaría.

It was very straight forward. Three rounds of testing and I was able to fly through them. However I was notified that another person was offered the job after the third round.
