I contributed to designing and automating large-scale data pipelines for enterprise applications, enabling analytics and AI integration for a major U.S. insurance client. My work focused on data transformation, validation, and building scalable workflows using Python and CI/CD automation. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to streamline data ingestion and develop AI-ready datasets, supporting use cases like identity intelligence, anomaly detection, and process optimization through automation and analytics.
It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
