Phone interview, followed by an in person panel interview. The panel interview was 6 people digging into the technical qualifications described on my resume. It seemed to be designed to gauge how deep I could go into each topic. The number of people at the panel interview depends on the number of specialties you claim to have. It was an intense experience. After the panel interview, there was a short and more standard "get to know you" one on one with the hiring manager.
