I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
Separate interviews with multiple different people, all were 1-1 and there were no panels. Phone interviews at first then progressed to on site. Phone interviews were with people in different parts of the world. Some interviewers took the process more seriously than others - ie they prepped and were not distracted, others not so much.

Question 1
Why would you want to work at Dell type stuff. Typical questions overall. Generally good people though 1 (out of 5-6) asked for some inappropriate information from a previous company.
It was great overall this is what we need and it was indeed the same thing which I really wanted to highlight here, questions of such should be asked and it is good thing to know
I applied online. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
onsite interviews, meeting senior management, position got internally filled , so they considered me for senior manager position and that too get internally filled. The whole process wasted 5 weeks of my time preparing and onsite interviews. I realized they just post positions out there but they are actually for internal employees. - Do not apply to this company for any senior management jobs because they are only considering promoting internal employees .
