I applied online. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Round Rock, TX)
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. I spoke with a recruiter then I had a panel interview. It gave fresh out of college vibes as far as the other people who were there for the interview (panel). I think it would be a good experience but the hours weren't for me and the lifestyle I am looking for at the moment. If I was fresh out of college I'd take it in a heartbeat.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I had multiple interviews in 1 day. I had 2 interviews with 2 former IS reps. Then I had 2 interviews with the managers and I also sat through a presentation
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
I had one interview with a recruiter and one with a sales manager and then found out shortly after. Both interviews I was asked basic behavioral questions and the interviewers were very personable. They want to see your personality, that you can answer behavioral questions thoroughly and that you know the company well.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Nashville, TN) in May 2026
Interview
It was not too bad. They asked me why Dell. It was with HR, and it lasted about 30 minutes. They explained all the benefits, the role, and the process of getting trained for the position.
Easy 2 rounds interview. They ask you about your resume and why sales and why should we hire you. Some situational questions as well. Is not super complicated and its easy to amke it through
