Interview
It was a on campus recruitment.The interview was pretty smooth. you just need to be clear with DBMS concepts, DSA concepts mainly.
They asked me to write some queries which were mainly on joins. If you are clear with your core subjects then cracking the interview is not a big task.
Tip: Maintain your cgpa as high as you can :)
First step is to have a recruiter call in which they will assess your interest in the job and will give an idea of daily work. They will also give you an idea of next interview processes. Then the detailed technical interview may cover coding as well as oral session.
3 stages.
Deep dive on 2–3 key projects
Discussion of business problem → approach → trade-offs → impact
Light technical probing (not LeetCode style)
Stakeholder management and ownership
Structured thinking under ambiguity
Ability to connect data → decision → action
Depth, not breadth of tools
