Board format with a presentation and job focused questions. it was me and five or six other people. No one on the board ended up being my manager. It was a rotational program.

It was very easy and went very quickly. I ended up turning down the offer for a better one but I would highly recommend going through the process. All managers were nice and the recruiters were helpful throughout the process.
