Initial resume screening from the technical team, 1 technical telephonic round, 1 technical Skype round, 1 manager round on SKYPE, 1 HR discussion over phone. (For me all the round we either on phone or skype because I resided in Mumbai and job location was Bangalore)

Question 1
The technical rounds were based on advanced concepts of PL/SQL. Me being 2 years experience candidate was asked questions like 5+ years candidate (since the requirement was for 5+ year exp). I still managed to answer all the questions as I was preparing for OCP certification in PL/SQL.
Interview process at dell is very good. I found it interesting. Management here is awesome. Hiring process is very much good. Interviewers were very calm, questions were asked starting from the basics to difficult level.

Question 1
first round- one simple written Q & A on testing
sec round - Personal interview for 45 min to 1 hour about sql, pl/sql , stored procedures, and vb programs and ETL Q's and some manual Q's
3rd round - Just stay calm and answer don't let ur interviewer know that u are uncomfortable if job placement is to another city and he will mostly ask u about the graduation project.
Thats all u are good to go if u are confident enough.
