Interview
I was referred by an employee of Dell. I believe that is how most people are hired. I had phone interview, I believe it was mostly to see how I could communicate. After phone interview, I was immediately asked to come in for a face-to-face. I interviewed with three managers and a trainer. After that, I had to do some online training and fill out a personality test. Then do a drug test. Finally, I was given an offer.

Man führte 2 Interviews mit mir. Mir gegenüber saßen immer ein Sales Manager und eine Kollegin von HR. Leider waren die Gespräche sehr "Lehrbuchmäßig", so dass man wenig erfahren konnte, aber dadurch auch gut vorbereitet war

Interview
After a phone screen with a recruiter and a 1x1 phone interview with the hiring manager, I interviewed in person with 3 people in the same meeting. They were easy to talk to. Asked professional questions. Didn't try to trip me up but rather stuck to my qualifications and described the position & culture.
