I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2014
Interview
The entire hiring process took roughly 3 weeks. I will be starting 3 days shy of 1 month. I talked to a recruiter and did an initial screening with them, then did a 1:1 interview with the person who would be my manager and then a video conference interview with a couple of people who would be working directly with me. My recruiter was fast and very detailed with each and every step along the way; also very good about answering any questions I had. I was extremely surprised and pleased with the experience. I do suggest making sure that you hydrate properly prior to drug screening because if you are unable to produce a suitable sample and you leave the lab, it is reported as a failed drug test. It isn't an easy process to dispute and retake. It could slow down the entire process. Defiantly hope you get an all-star recruiter!
