As i was converted as FTE the interview process is quite smooth. No technical questions were asked as they already aware of my technical capabilities.
for people applying directly from outside should be able to answer questions in in-detail on their Area. candidate Attitude plays a major role to enter into Dell Technologies.
for developers go through the job description carefully and be clear on the concepts don't confuse.

the ubterview was at home, 10 question that contains code snippets to find errors, theoretical question on security, aws etc.
in the end was 2 additional question from leetcode that was medium/hard

The interview I had was mostly behavioral, this was for an internship. Most of the questions were based on their core values, so prepare according to that. I had a hard time since I was not good with interviews in general.
