Dell has one day hiring all pretest interview will be completed within the day. They have hired background investigator.

The interview consisted of following rounds : 1. General Introduction 2. Personal Interview 3. Voice and Accent Round 4. Typing speed test 5. Operations round The first round was with the Human Resource wherein they asked me about myself . The second round asked about the reason for joining the organisation. The salary was also communicated in this round itself by the HR. the third round took place however it was not an interview with a personnel rather with an IVR wherein there were five levels including rearrangement of sentences, sentence repetition, blanks, etc to check the fluency and accent of the candidate. Thereafter, a typing test was taken to ensure that the candidate matches the required speed. The last round was with the operations manager wherein questions about previous jobs and the role offered were asked. After that, the appointment letter was duly handed over by the senior HR confirming the date of joining.
