The interview was in person, and it was a behavioral interview. My recruiters asked me to tell a story of my resume. It felt like a conversation. make sure you are familiar with the companies culture and you attend the informational session prior to the interview. For the most part, the interviews are individuals involved or have been part of the rotational program.

The interview that was taken by a senior manager in the company called Dell was very good and was above my expectation. The process was very simple, modern and interesting.
Interview process consisted of some networking events organized by my university and series of behavioral interviews with the HR representatives - overall positive experience. Large emphasis on the networking events they hosted before the interview.
