I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Oklahoma City, OK)
Interview
They interviewed a fairly large amount of people for a "sales class" and settled on about 8. The interview was performed by 2 men, in a small room with no desk or table. It felt quite oppressive, but the interviewers were good-natured. They seemed to go down a list of the basic questions you would expect for a sales type job, asking about experience, and they had me do a "role playing" session wherein I was to sell them a product. Overall the interview was swift and brutal if you aren't already a salesperson, otherwise it wasn't too bad.

Question 1
Was asked to sell them an electronic device about which I had almost no knowledge. I felt very stupid trying to sell this person a device with no idea of its features, why someone would want it, or any technical information
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dell Technologies
Interview
There were two interview rounds: the first with a recruiter, which was straightforward, and the second with the manager. My second-round interview was relaxed and conversational, though outcomes depend on the manager’s decision.
Was simple just the recruiter and then one interview with a sales manager and would get an offer out to almost anyone that applied for the job, after that an offer was extended a few days after the interview
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Tokyo)
Interview
After submitting a CV, I had three interviews. First with HR, second and third with managers. I think I went to the office for the last intervies. One interview took around 30 minutes in average.

Question 1
Because it was my first job after graduating from university, the questions were mostly about what I wanted to do in the future.
