I applied as a Test Lead. First i got an interview call from the recruiter and a person interviewed me through telephonic asked about the Planning, Designing,Risks & Mitigations and testing Concepts. After 3 days i got a call to attend the face to face with Manager. Checked my Analysis, Database knowledge, Automation testing framework design and also asked to write code. Finally after 3 days there is an HR round and released offer.
