Involved one interview at assessment day, with a team excerscise and role play. not hugely difficult with very reasonable questions asked, may be more difficult for people with more experience. thin k about previous experiences with customers, they tend to concentrate on that and also KPI's. Overall was an average interview

4 parts. Screening- call over the phone, aprox 30-45 min. Hiring manager- Deeper call over teams, aprox 1h-1h30min Manager and area lead, around 1-2 hours. If you have reached the area manager your pretty much have the position.
