Mine was not a classic process - only one round of interviews then hired without meeting the team.The office was bare, water was offered but not a comfortable process. I did not meet the team which was a big deal given I would be managing them. Overall everyone was friendly and offered off the record info.

process totally disorganized and disjointed - be prepared to be jerked around based on interview schedules being changed at the last minute, indecisiveness of HR/management team, Dell's never-ending budget challenges resulting in a hiring freeze, starts/stops/delays in the offer process, bureaucracy in approvals, etc.
