Very organized, I had to meet with four different employees at different level of management. Everyone came prepared to ask the job related questions or concerns. They asked about my background and how well I may fit into their culture and work teams.
Always come in mind with situation, task, action and result (STAR method). Explaining your strength with several real example which would help the interviewer better understand about you. Also to do some study on the company recent news/ background.
