Interview
Very casual set of interviews over 4 hours with engineers, managers and directors. Good range of topics from technical to soft skills. Dell is an awesome company to work for. Great people and a wide variety of opportunities for anyone to move around if that's your goal. The interview process was very good and they offered several positions and asked questions to find out the best fit for me.

The interview covered not only the technology but also soft skills, ask the storage domain industry knowledge and personal affairs like interest and etc. The technical interview also included some hands-on work like programming. How to resolve a complex issue.
First conversation with the recruiter, then with the hiring manager. Followed by a full interview with 5 people across 2 days. Mostly behavioral questions but there were technical questions as well.
