I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Deeplite (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2021
Interview
Had three rounds, one chat about previous experience, one machine learning round, and one coding (algorithms) round. Overall good experience, particularly liked the machine learning interview, it included questions spanning from debugging ML code to dicussing recent DL papers.

Question 1
How would you debug your training pipeline if it is functional but the accuracy does not match the expected value?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deeplite in Nov 2021
Interview
Pathetic and demeaning.
Applied online.
Spoke with someone in ml team who said that i didn't think you have any deep learning/ml experience. But later on i was able to answer all his questions.
Based on that had another coding based interview .
Interviewer started asking questions from geeks for geeks like find top k elements and majority element.
I was able to provide answers to both, but it seems he was more interested in solutions that were 100% similar to geeks for geeks.
interviewer also raised questions about my educational credentials and was blunt enough to say that I am not qualified to be a computer science grad.
Looking back,I am glad I wasn't selected

Question 1
Find top k elements(simply copy paste solution from geeks for geeks)
Find majority element(leetcode question but interviewer wanted exact solution from geeks for geeks)
