The interview was fine, they look at your overall skills, especially 3D skills. But they never get back to you, even if you follow up a hundred times. Even if it is a no, they should have the courtesy to let the candidate know.

The interview process was fine. But they never get back to you. You can mail and call them 10 times but they won't reply. May be, they only reply if you get selected. I don't know. I think it is important to respond after taking the interview.
