Dedalus Senior Java Developer interview questions

I applied for a role in Bari, then an HR employee contacted me for a phone interview. After a successful first step they asked me to go to Bologna for a further interview A project manager interviewed me not only from a personal point of view, but also from a technical point of view. the interview took about 3 hours and after the usual statement "we will let you know" neither the project manager nor the HR contacted me to tell me my job application was failed (HR told me at the beginning that they would have replied me anyway). Really unprofessional, at least other companies use an automated email system for these tasks
