3-Level Interview Process Explained
The interview process consists of three structured rounds, each designed to evaluate different aspects of the candidate.
Round 1: Medium Explanatory Round
This is an initial discussion round focused on understanding the candidate’s background, experience, and communication skills. Candidates are expected to explain their previous work, projects, and basic concepts related to their role. The difficulty level is moderate and helps assess clarity of thought and problem-solving approach.
Round 2: Technical Round
This round is purely technical and evaluates the candidate’s core technical knowledge and practical skills. Questions may include problem-solving tasks, real-world scenarios, coding challenges, or in-depth discussions on tools, technologies, and frameworks relevant to the position.
Round 3: HR Round
The final round is conducted by the HR team to assess cultural fit, attitude, communication, and career goals. This round also covers discussions around company policies, expectations, salary, and availability.
