FIrst they have HR round where they assess your personality which is quite easy.
Second they ask you do solve 3 simple JS questions like check if a string is palindrome or not, prime number.
Third you have do a one-on-one interview in which the person checks if you have in-depth knowledge about js, react, next.js, ts

In HR round they told me to tell them about myself and that if i'm ok with their 1.5 years of bond.

HR Round-Personality Questions are asked.
Technical Round-Practical knowledge of the field is tested.
Final Selection-If everything goes well in technical round and HR round then i will get an offer.
