Interview
Very casual not the typical line of questioning. Inviting and open. It felt more like a conversation. I was able to ask any question and the answers felt honest and genuine. Lots of laughs and very real conversations. I was challenged on levels of my experience very specifically, it was certainly not a surface interview. I met with 2 members of the executive team, but never felt nervous.
