When I interviewed with David's originally it felt very laid-back but still professional. They are really just looking for someone who is genuinely good with people - the rest can be taught.

It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.

Question 1
What is your biggest weakness and how are you trying to overcome it?
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.

We had a group interview with two of the managers plus one other candidate (a third scheduled candidate didn't show up).
