The assistant manager usually interviews you first then a different day the store manager will interview you if you passed with the assistant manager. They usually call you within a day or so to tell you if you got the job or not.

went to the hiring event, sat with two manager the process was really simple, and management was great we interveiwed in groups and then two at a time with the second manager to go more in-depth on our experience.

Interview
Behavioral based questions, asking about specific situations you've been through in real life. Takes about 30 minutes. They were very nice, second I terrier was a style test wherefhey gave me a scenario and had me put together a whole bridal look.

Super relaxed! Simple, standard questions. Store manager is very friendly.
Asked about previous experience and gave some scenarios to respond to.
Not much, else to say! I heard back few days later and got an offer.
